Bought car (63 benz? advertised as restored show condition. When received it was poor condition. eBay says too old for warranty What to do?

Car listed as fully restored/ new paint/leather rtc. Claimed S show car.  but when received Condition very poor. Hood cable broken/light don't work/heater box broken/dents side of hood/ tear in leather /shrinkage of dash leather/locks don't work. Etc. Terrible car and I paid price of restored condition. eBay cannot help. Any suggestions on  what I can do ?

I would suggest you see a Lawyer who knows something about this kind of thing.

$40,000.00 is a lot of money to lose for most folks.

I know people do this all the time but it is not good to buy a car that you haven't personally inspected.
