Business Policies has disappeared! URGENT

I can't find my Business Policies so I can't access my Shipping Policies which I need to do ASAP before shipping an item TODAY. The standard procedure I used to use with no problems was to go to My Ebay - Hover over Account - click on Business Policies. For some reason this option has been removed. How do I find it now? Thank you!

It may have something to do with ebay temporarily disabling non essential features while they deal with the password crisis.

Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.
