Oops.... guess I'm one of those that don't read the fine print to clearly. I see what you mean, that two months after the auction closes they contact you.... do people actually wait that long?
I have never had anyone that patient. Within two to three weeks, if they have not received their goods, they are on me like a fly to s***. Which is good, because the sooner someone lets me know there is a problem, the quicker we can react.
For us, shipping is not a profit center. I net the same if someone wants me to ship via the most expensive method or via the least expensive.....zip.... and since I don't make any money on shipping, I make money on margin of goods, regardless of the method of shipping, it gets the same attention from me. Out the door within 24 hours of receipt of payment and if not received within the normally accepted time frames, follow-up as required.
