No.

Buyers and sellers are expected to be grown up about eBay transactions.

The Seller is supposed to describe and picture the item in such a way that the buyer knows what he is getting.

The Buyer is supposed to read and understand what is on the screen, not what he would like to be on the screen.

Before bidding the Buyer is supposed to consider all of the cost, including shipping and import costs if any, and when he bids, eBay deems that he made an aware decision.

If the Seller's description does not match what was received, the Buyer can ask for a refund. The Seller can demand return before refund or just refuse.

If the Seller refuses the Buyer can go to Help &Contact, up there in the right hand corner, and click on Resolution Centre in the dropdown menu.

If the Seller does not refund when the Buyer shows that the item is back with the seller, Paypal will refund and go after the Seller.

The return postage, with Delivery Confirmation, will not be refunded.
