I'm trying to report an item that was bought as a guest member. The item received was not as advertised. When I try to do it through the Customer Support, I am asked to enter the Item number and when I do, it tells me that the item entered was not found as being recently purchased, and that is because I bought it as a guest member and is thus not associated to my account.
I contacted the seller but he told me that they could not find any record of the item and so cannot help me.
How can I resolve this issue? I need to report the item so that it may be investigated.
