some instructions on how to do it would be greatly appreciated as i tried for two days when i get sent to paypal the flat rate box option is not listed only the old services are listed?

The old services are listed, but where you normally would put the size of the box you are using, just above that, there are two checkboxes -- one is for "parcel" and one is for "ebay flat rate box".
And make sure you have any pop up blocker disabled so that you allow popups. I printed one for the first time the other day & had a popup blocker. I temporarily allowed popups and it printed just fine.
