Canadapost Flast Rate Box sucks

I spent $2.05 to order one set(3 boxes) "new" Canadapost Flat Rate box. I receive it today. In one word, this box is totally BS.

1. Limitation 5KG only, which may my only possible usage impossible (I have many new Linksys power supply which is small but very heavy. I thought the flat rate box doesn't have weight limitation as USPS but obviously I'm wrong);
2. Size is 28x21x14cm which is too small which is hard to find a product to fit;
3. The shipping rate is higher than I currently contract price with Canadapost.You can't really save a penny if you have contract with Canadapost already (with discount applied);
4. The design sucks too. They should just copy the USPS boxes which is FREE and has much better design.

IMNSHO, this flat rate box is a short life product.

That's correct.

Canadapost's size limit for samll item is 90 CM add up.
But their box design is 100cm, just over it.

So, when you use their box, you have to pay more on shipping.

When you need ship really big item, their box is way too small.

Yes I read it but not carefully. You know for $2 I can't lose too much, so I still paid $2 and put my first hand experience here. Then other people don't need waste the $2 again:)

USPS, EMS, Royal Mail etc...All these Shipping/couriers service are government run and funded, because of this the prices are much much cheaper and the service is much better. CanadaPost on the other hand in not owned by the Canadian government but by a privately held company in Quebec.

Ok I have to laugh....I'm in a weird moon. How come Canada Post can say and get away with saying "There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for Flat Rate Box orders" if the rest of us can't do that when WE take PayPal???

I don't expect a realistic answer, if any, but I had to throw it out there because it made me chuckle.

Isn't it said on the boards that if you take PayPal the no refunds, returns or exchanges thing means nothing? hmmm....;) If they're as thin as some people are saying can't we nail them for a not as described claim? LOL I'd love to read that dispute. LOL :^O
