Canadapost labor issue??? Need a good Canadapost number.

I recently shipped a package that was mistakenly sent via Expedite instead of Expresspost. I was trying to call Canadapost this morning and the electronic message there was that no one will be able to take your call due to the labor issue.

Does anyone here know of a number to call so I can try and change the method of shipment?

Canada Post is out of control during the shipping. You won't get any help from them. Don't waste time contacting them.

Actually you can, or I was able to today. I contacted the OBC and gave the oh my I contacted the wrong # routine and he helped me out. You can also contact commercial services or ask the OBC guys to do it for you. I would not reccomend doing this for something so minor though, as then if the rest of us have emergencies you'll be tying up the line trying to track shipments...
