Cant sell anymore! How do i opt out of business policies?
Ive found people saying the opt out button is on the upper right page when in the MANAGE BUSINESS POLICIES page but... theres none. also tried to ctrl-f ''opt out'' havent found anything. 

ive got  few things id like to sell but ebay wont let me until i set the policies but my account aint ''ready yet'' as they say so, can anyone help me out pretty please?

Are you listing on eBay.ca or eBay.com ?

From eBay.com:

When business policy management is available to you, you'll see the opt-in placement in the Sell section of My eBay.

You can currently opt out of business policies by clicking the opt out link in the upper right corner of the Manage your business policies page in My eBay > Account > Manage your business polices.

If you opt out, the payment, shipping, and return details in your current and scheduled listings aren't affected.

i figured .com and .ca only changed a few listing when browsing. ill give it a try with .com and come back in a few min, tyvm good sir!

What happens when you click on the "Sell an Item Now" link (last line in the red box)?

OK - Have you tried listing your item from there?

it takes me back to the ordinary listing page which has the ''business policies'' problem that i cant opt out of.

I am at a total loss to understand why the system will not let you opt out.

I suggest you call eBay - number available from "Customer Support" link at top of the page (right corner)

Have you tried listing on eBay.ca instead of eBay.com (or vise versa)?

In today's Weekly Board Hour I asked eBay staff about the opting  out of the "business policies" problem.

Their reply:

:The ability to opt out of Business Policies has been removed for some sellers, regardless of site. I'm not sure what the exact roll out plan is but the goal is to move everyone to that model eventually."

I realize that does not solve your problem but that is the official response from eBay.

I am experiencing the exact same issue at the moment.

Regardless of .ca or .com

I cannot adjust the policies. Any recent developments on this error?
