Cell Phone Sell help.

I was recently pleased to be able to sell a cell phone I haven't used in a couple of years.  My wife just bought herself a new phone so thought someone would be able to use her old one.  When I went list this item I got this message...

Unfortunately, you won't be able to complete this listing at this time because you've reached the limit for the number of items you can list in this category.

A cell phone limit of one?  Any suggestions?

Have your wife open her own eBay seller account.

eBay has restrictions on many catagories for new sellers.  Because of high risks of abuse and fraud in the cellphone category, lomits are very low for new sellers.

The alternative is to call eBay (Customer Support link on top line at right) and ask for an increase so you can list the second phone.

She'll need a different email address from the one you used to open this account. However, the two accounts can use the same Paypal account.
