Change profile picture

Hi there, I would like to change my profile picture ( the one ebay gives us ) to my banner picture. Is this possible? The visual connection between the two I feel to be important for customers. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you dmil8030. I did as you suggested....it works. Won't work from ipad 2 but did from new laptop lolol. Thanks again.
