Change shipping address on purchase

When I click on "Pay Now" for a purchased item, I get an error telling me to change my shipping address or it won't let me pay. I bought several items from this seller and only this one item gives this error. Tried to contact the seller several times and there's a language barrier so we don't understand eachother... I can't pay for or delete this item... can' anyone help?

I'm having a similar issue.  I just purchased an item for my family in the United Kingdom.  Then shipped it to my family in the United Kingdom.  All is well, I've done this before.  Unfortunately now while it is being processed E-Bay and PayPal "think" I am located in the United Kingdom and I can't bid on stuff, even in my local area using E-Bay!!  Seems like it only likes to have one "Principal Address" so right now that's my brother's home in United Kingdom!  It's silly really, but I hope this helps.  If you recently sent something overseas, this might be the problem.
