Closed request without receiving product or money.

You buy a product, pay for that but you never receive it. You start case on ebuy and constantly receiving emails from sealer that he shiped product but you actualy never receive that. Ebuy close your case if you did not ansver on every email.

Does not meter if you send one email with mesage thet you willl inform sealer when you receive product sfter some time.

Same of salers are familiar with that and they play on that card.

For me it looks like ebuy is covering scams, do not care about customers because they receive procentage of the money for sale.

Before ebuy use to block saler until customer receive product or money. It looks evrithing is just about profit.

Well, yes, but they are evenhanded, working against scamming sellers and scamming buyers.

You may get faster satisfaction at this point by going to Paypal.

Look for your transaction and copy the number.

Go to the PP Resolution Centre at the top of your PP account page, and open an Item Not Received dispute.

Like eBay, PP suggests that you Contact the Seller.

Since English is not your first language, you need to know that a suggestion is not a  demand.

Ignore that suggestion, which is where your seller held up your eBay dispute, and immediately ask Paypal to step in and escalate to a claim.

Do not let the seller offer a replacement, it will never arrive.

You want a refund.

Money.

If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

Paypal allows 180 days for a Dispute from the date of payment.

I am sorry to hear that you had this experience.

When opening a claim for an Item Not Received on ebay, it is imperative to remember two things:

1. Read and respond to every message from ebay about it or it may expire and close without your input;

2. Never accept an offer of a replacement from a seller unless you have a good, previous working relationship with that person AND the item can be received with tracking within about a week.

As you have seen, there are deadlines to stages of resolution. And that the offer to replace is often merely a stall tactic.

Try to call ebay Customer Service and open an Appeal. You may not be successful but you have nothing to lose but time spent on it now.
