Confirmed addresses?

Hello everybody,

I was wondering what your protocol is on confirmed addresses?  Sometimes I see people with heaps of feedback and an unconfirmed address which doesn't worry me so much, but the newbies with unconfirmed does. 

I notice some listing say only ship to confirmed addresses.  I've forgotten  how does one confirm their address through paypal or ebay anyway?

Those people don't seem to realize that it hasn't been required to ship to confirmed addresses for the past few years. To be covered by ebay/paypal protection, you do have to ship to the paypal address that is on the paypal payment email. But you also need delivery confirmation to be covered by paypal protection.
