Does Ebay sell my search results  to Facebook so they use it for ad placement?

I seen and heard people talk about this in the last few weeks, I recognized it over the last week, it is blatant. I was looking at telecasters on Ebay and every second page as I navigate FB, there is a Tele ad, other people recently stated the same issue. Why is it and how can I stop it without boycotting Ebay.

I think the problem is not eBay but cookies within your own system
