Ebay customer support AGAIN

I was shocked early this week to get notice of listing removal for "keyword spam", never happened before, and nothing to indicate what the spam is but to put the title of my listing in the email.

So a couple days later I get a response to my email that it was all a mistake

"My name is xxxxx and I want to thank you for writing to eBay with your
selling and listing concerns.

As a member of the eBay community myself, I can certainly appreciate
your concern regarding this situation. At this time, I've reviewed your

account details and can confirm that this listing was removed
incorrectly for this policy.

I sincerely apologize for this mistake on our behalf. All
associated fees have been credited to your account.

I've removed the Keyword Spamming violation from your account. You may
relist your item without the worry of the item being removed."

BUT, today I get another notice from ebay contradicting that one, apparently you aren't allowed to use "PS3" in a title when selling a PS3 game??? What is wrong with these people

"Thank you for writing to us regarding the removal of your listing for
Blazing Angels (180148896616). I apologise for the delay in responding.

The listing breached our Keyword Spamming-Universally Compatible (Brand

n Title) policy. You're not allowed to place irrelevant brand names or
keywords in a title or description to gain attention or divert members
to a listing.

If your could realise, your listing title contained the following which

breached our policy:"PS3 BLAZING ANGELS NEW English region". Here you
have used 'PS 3' in the title without describing its compatibility.
Please note that sellers are permitted to list the specific brands or
models that are compatible with the item/accessory they are selling.
However, sellers may not mislead buyers into believing they could be
purchasing a product made by the same company that makes the brand or
model with which compatibility is claimed.

Again, sellers *can* include brand or model names in listing titles for

items that are mechanically or electrically compatible with multiple
brands or products. In these cases, the seller needs to include words
such as “compatible with” or “fits” before the brand or model
names in
the title of the listing.

For more information on the eBay policy, please visit:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/keyword-spam.html

Having reviewed this information, you may wish to change your listing
format and list the items again. However, if your listing still
breaches
an eBay policy, we may remove it."

Add in during the last 2 weeks from very few listings 2 chinese email harvester gibberish contact info "buyers" (and toward 50 email spams now), one obvious kid buyer who "doesn't have any money", another noob who "might have to mail a money order or something because my paypal account is suspended", and a buy and disappear new sign up.

Kat,

The scary thing here is that this IS a response by an actual (if semi-literate) person, not a form letter. This person DID look at the listing.

Yes, I was sure it was "region free" they had an issue with, as that is used for pirated media in some cases. Never dreamed it could be having the system in the title, which every listing for games on ebay worldwide has.
