Notice that you have not left any Negative feedback to these sellers.

Have you filed claims about them.

Unless buyers complain then ebay can't do anything.

Ebay will not know the silver if fake unless the buyers are reporting it. Are you buying from China? Never expect quality items from China, the counterfeit, inferior product capital of the world.

Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.

Yep eBay should hire thousands of inspectors, preferable with gemology diplomas, to go to every factory in Hong Kong, China and Thailand grading and inspecting every item before they are listed. <  /sarcasm  >

Silver, gold and gems are a world market. While labour costs are much lower in Asia than in Europe or North America, the cost of the materials is the same.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true.

Any bad transactions like the ones you have had should be Reported to eBay. Normally, an Item Not As Described dispute would be preferable and more effective , but the cost of Confirmed Delivery return shipping to China starts around $40.

You have up to 60 days to leave feedback. The most effective feedback is calm and factual. "so called silver is painted plastic'.

This will help other buyers. Never buy from a seller with less than 98% positive feedback.

EBay pays more attention to the Detailed Seller Ratings you are asked to leave with feedback.

If a seller's DSRs drop below 4.3,his ability to list and sell on eBay is severely restricted.

The normal pleasant transaction gets Five Stars.

A scam gets the lowest mark, ONE  Star.

No DSRs is a free pass for the seller.
