Feedback extorsion - what should I do now?

I just got this: "Your email states that the map was shipped immediately, but I have not received it yet. Has it truly been shipped? It was part of a Christmas gift. Please respond soon, or I will give bad feedback." Any idea what sould I do now..? 😉

This is not extortion. This time all you are expected to do is to respond.

IMO there is no reason to get alarmed, customer is only trying to get your attention. In fact, many sellers used to threaten potential customers (e.g. If you do not pay, you get negative FB). Of course after the FB changes this threat became irrelevant.

I think the feedback extorsion was mainly the buyer's way to intimidate the sellers ...

Feedback extortion is when they ask/demand you do something or give them something that was not part of the listing. This isn't feedback extortion sorry.
