Feedback whether item cracks easily or not.

There should be extra category on the E-bay 5 stars in regards to whether items breaks or cracks easily or not.

For example I bought hard plastic case for Nexus 4. It didn't take long before using it before it start having cracks on it.

Must be defective then other buyers can see and don't buy it when I leave feedback.

Since my hard plastic case cracked I decided to buy soft silicone  one.

This time I did message seller before I buy whether the case crack easily or not.

At first seller message me saying it don't crack easily.

So I ordered it.

Afterward seller message me saying case will crack easily.

Seller refunded me money and cancelled transaction but  told me to give positive feedback.

I gave positive feedback but in description mentioned what happened.

If you went through the trouble of ordering and paying for, then needing a refund for an item the seller knew was defective, why would you leave a positive rating?

At best that sounds Neutral.
