Free shipping ?

How does one arrange the free shipping, I see on some items. From Canada to US is so high, I'd like to take advantage of this.

Each individual seller is free to determine what the shipping charge will be.  It has nothing to do with PayPal.

Some sellers include the cost of shipping in the selling price and offer "free shipping".

You must be careful to read each listing very carefully.  Many American sellers offer "free shipping" within the USA but charge extra shipping when shipping to Canada.
