I have just tried to print out a shipping label on paypal for a parcel from Canada to the USA. There seems to be a new feature where not only do the want the "Origin" but now a Province and you also have to enter an "HS Code" or it comes up with an error. What is this and how do I find out what information it is they require so that I can continue with the printing of this label?
I have never had this come up before & if it's something new has anyone heard of it & can explain a little to me? Or is it a glitch in the system and I won't see it again. I've tried a few times & keep getting the same ??? Please help - Thx
