Most sellers don't sent a notice that an item has been sent.   When you paid you should have been given an automatic estimated delivery timeframe.  What is the LAST date of delivery?   That is the one that matters.  If it has not arrived by then you have another 30 DAYS to file an item for NOT RECEIVED in the eBay RESOLUTION CENTER by clicking the link at the bottom of this page.

How long has it been since purchase?

You can contact your seller and ask if it has been shipped yet.

You have 30 days after eBay's estimated last delivery date to file a claim if it's not received.
