Hi at 9th of Feb 2015 I bought a

Seller:	and I paid from Paypal but  they didn't send us tracking no  then I send email to eBay because I don't have seller contact no but eBay still didn't give me any response.in this situation what can i do and the thing is before 24 Feb I need the cover otherwise I don't need it after,so let me know whats wrong as soon as possible.

If the item is coming from China*, you should allow 30 days for delivery.

This is mail order. If you need something on a deadline, buy it locally.

So, if the item has not arrived by March 11, go to the Resolution Centre and open an Item Not Received dispute.

You will be refunded.

If the item turns up after the refund, you can return it on your own dime. Or you can refund the refund using Paypal's Send Money feature.
