Hi, how to correct a payment method after the payment has been made?

Hi, 

A customer contacted me asking that by mistake she chose by mistake the bank transfer method to pay however she wanted to use Paypal instead, and asking how to correct this? 

Not sure how could this be done, any ideas?

Hi, how to correct a payment method after the payment has been made?

Have you in fact received notification from PayPal that a payment has been made?  Does it show in your PayPal account?

 

If not, simply let the buyer know and she can then initiate payment through PayPal the normal way.
