If ordered from North America, allow 20 days for delivery.
If ordered from Europe, allow 10-15 days for delivery.
If ordered from Asia, allow 30 days for delivery.
If the item still has not arrived, contact the seller and ask for shipping date, service used and Delivery Confirmation number.
Don't worry if there is no DC number.
If you don't get a prompt reply, open an Item Not Recieved dispute.
Do NOT allow a seller to offer you a replacement. This is a recent Asian scam. Nothing will ever arrive. File the Dispute immediately if you are made this offer.
If you get a satisfactory reply, mark Day 43 on your calendar. If the item has not arrived by then, file the Dispute.
If the seller cannot prove delivery, you will be refunded.
