After waiting over a month I cancelled order. It was probably custom delay. Seller was nice to refund immidiately. Now after a month and 20 days item showed up, How can I let seller know I have returned it?

Ship the item with Confirmed Delivery-- most parcel services are Confirmed.

Sometimes this is called tracking which is not exactly the same thing.

This webpage gives the 'business' rates, slightly different than those Canada Post shows for personal shipping. There is no problem with you using them even if you are not a business.

Yep. It really will cost that much to return it.

No. You have no guarantee that the seller will refund your return postage.

When you send it back, give the seller notice and tell her the 'tracking number'.

When you return the item, be very sure to mark the package RETURNED MERCHANDISE,  so the seller does not have to pay customs and sales tax when it arrrives.

Alternatively, since the parcel did arrive, you could return the refund and either use the item as a gift or resell it here.
