How can an Ebay seller (store) say they ship to Canada and then when you go to get a rate they don't ship to Canada? Item 390508646071

I tried to get a rate on shipping for this item 390508646071, and it clearly states shipping to Canada. Then it turns around and says they only ship to the United States. Also it won't let me ask the seller this question. What is going on with Ebay and what kind of service is this?

Hi ..Its not ebay. Seller shows ship to US , Canada , Europe but then has blocked(exclusions) Canada and Europe.. I checked several listing and all are the same. Can only assume seller has decided to sell domestic only but has not corrected 22,000 listings.

If they have blocked communication than nothing you can do.

Cannot complete an immediate payment without shipping and none in listing.
