How do I get the Global Shipping program?

Hello,

I live in Montreal, Canada. I've just bought an item in the USA and both the seller and I would like to use the Global Shipping program. The option does not appear to him nor to me... what do we have to do?

That is an option the seller picks when he or she lists the item.

It can not be applied after the sale.

The Global Shipping Problem is more expensive for the buyer. Be glad the seller doesn't use it.

 For future reference, if the item is under $100 the buyer is better off not agreeing to the Global Shipping Program.

Tell your seller that First Class International Shipping to Canada by USPS is now Delivery Confirmed. That may be what he actually want. It does you no good as a buyer.
