How do I pay a seller who had funded reversed?

I had a PayPal purchase reversed charges.  Now when I I try to pay, I get a note saying she has been paid. They even include the order that shows the funds reversal!

What steps do I take to pay this kind seller?

If you are sure she does not have the money already, send her payment through Paypal's Send Money feature. Include the eBay transaction number to help keep the transaction transparent.
