How do I request for refund

First go to the original listing, and ask the seller from there.

The seller will probably want the item back before refunding, although if the item was damaged in transit she may accept photos of the broken item.

If you must return, use a service that has Confirmation of Delivery. Some call this tracking.

When the item is back with the seller she should refund within a few hours.

If she refuses to refund, go here:

And start an Item Not As Described dispute.

The first thing you are told is to contact the seller.  You have already done that so go on to the next step and Escalate to a Claim.

You will need to supply the tracking (CD) number for the returned item.

If the seller does not refund promptly on receiving the item, and you should keep an eye on that, Paypal will refund you and go after the seller for their money. Hard.

At worst, the whole system from first contact with the seller to refund should take about two weeks, mostly waiting for the item to get back to the seller.
