How long do I have to report a problem with a seller on an item received?

I have bought alot from this seller and would like to continue to do so.  Their response has been to cut me off from buying anything else!  They have huge amounts of jewelry sales on eBay and I don't see how to resolve my situation so I can continue to buy.  How long do I have to report then to eBay?  Can eBay force them to sell to me as I am not at fault?

No, ebay cannot force a seller to take you off their Blocked Bidders List.

The seller has the right to block any bidder/buyer for whatever reason.  Did you ever leave neutral/negative feedback for that seller?
