They should ship within the stated handling time. For the blackberry, the handling time is one business day after payment has been made.

But the seller does have up to 7 days to ship to still be covered by seller protection.

Are you sure that the seller hasn't shipped yet? Sometimes the seller forgets to mark the item as paid.
