I bought an item 10 days ago and the seller still hasn't shipped. When will he?

New to ebay but I've paid for an item and it still isn't marked "shipped". The purchase was 10 days ago. How soon after it's paid does the seller ship the item out to the buyer?

not all sellers mark the shipped box,you can ask him when he shipped.

Ask him for the date of shipping and the service used. Also ask for the Delivery Confirmation number, but don't worry if he can't give one. The DC protects him.

Most items take up to 20 days to arrive from North America, 15 days from Europe and 30 days from Asia.

You have up to 45 days to file a complaint to get a refund.
