Is the seller refusing to ship? Report her as a Non-Performing Seller.

Do you not have a Paypal account? Open one or contact the seller asking if she will accept an Postal Money Order.

Has the seller not sent you an invoice?

The seller appears to be a liquidator and has a large but poorly organized business.
