I can't contact seller, eBay keeps giving me a message saying my message can't be sent

The eBay page has changed a lot and I hit the wrong button and it took me to the payment page and I realized I'd made an error.

Ebay is not allowing me to contact the seller.

I notified eBay as soon as I realized my error, because I was unable to contact the seller.   I am now being contacted by the seller for payment.  I'm unable to message the seller since eBay keeps sending the message at the URL above saying my message couldn't be sent because it had an email address attached.

I'm becoming very frustrated because my messaged are being blocked by eBay.

Try sending the message without including the email address.

EBay does not allow addresses to be included, even in the 'hotm...l dot com' disguise, to discourage off-eBay transactions.

The seller gets your email address from your Paypal payment. And in fact you can use that PP invoice to contact him.
