I bought an item from a buyer on the 9th of November 2013 and I still didn't receive it. The shipping was suppose to take between 7 and 10 days. The seller's location was in Canada near Toronto not so far from where I live but the shipping is really really really late. I tried to contact the seller multiple times but he ignored me. I also tried the Resolution Center but my Paypal account was suspended for a little while because of a problem with my credit card. After that it was too late to try to open a case on the Resolution Center because is has been more than 45 days since I bought the item. In summary, the seller's ignoring me and I didn't receive my item.
