'Sale' is a noun. The verb you are looking for is 'sell'.

 And don't get me started on 'jibe' and 'jive'.

The simplest way to sell your coins would be to go to a local coin dealer, preferably one who belongs to the Canadian Coin Dealers Association and who advertises in Canadian Coin News, and sell them for cash.

Many do not realize the high cost of selling online, including not only eBay fees,  Paypal fees,  packaging costs, and time, time, time.

And while you bought the coins at retail, you will be selling them at wholesale, whether to an eBayer or to a dealer.
