I have paid for an item, but I just received an email about non payment.

I have payed for an item but ebay just emailed that the payment was not received were as an confirmation email was sent to me earlier. What am I suppose to do now ?

Don't worry.

EBay and Paypal are not the same company (although eBay does own Paypal) and there are sometimes delays in communication.

Take a look at your PP account to confirm that the payment is cleared. If you are still concerned, contact the seller and ask when and by what service the purchase was mailed.
