I HAVE PAID FOR ITEMS 13 DAYS A GO BUT ITEMS WERE NOT SHIPPED YET. ALSO THERE WAS A NOT APPERED ON THE SCREEN SAY ING THAT SELLER IS NO LONGER WITH E BAY .PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY.HERE WITH SENDING ITEM NUMBERS.

eBay support staff do not read these forums. Just other buyers and sellers.

 

Click on Help & Contact link on this page (then Contact us section) to reach eBay support.

 

If you paid with paypal you can also open a case with them.

SELLER IS NO LONGER WITH E BAY

When a seller is Not A Registered User (NARU) it usually means that he has been kicked off the site for very bad behaviour.

 

And the transaction is voided.

 

Go to your Paypal account.

Look up your payments there.

Go to the PP Resolution Centre at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

Open an Item Not Received Dispute.

Ignore the suggestion that you Contact the Seller.

Ask PP to step in and escalate to a Claim.

Say that the seller is Not a Registered User. This usually speeds things up.

If the seller does not prove delivery, you will be refunded.
