I listed my item as shipping to US only but buyer from Trinadad bought it - how did that happen?

I am a fairly new Seller and have never experienced this problem.  I thought that when item was listed as "ships to US" that it would not be possible for a buyer from another country to buy it.  I also mentioned this in the listing "free shipping to Lower 48 States ONLY".  I have emailed the Buyer but they won't respond.  Can I relist this item?

Hi dianne7301,

Unless you've set up your Buyer Requirements to officially exclude specific countries, Buyers can ignore information on your listings and still buy your items. Here's more details on Buyer Requirements: http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/buyer-requirements.html#specifying

Granted that your listing does state the shipping is available to US only, you should be able to cancel this transaction: http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/cancel-transaction-process.html#cancel
