I ordered an item in August, found out it was shipped to Kentucky instead of Burlington, Ontario Canada. All of my communication was with the seller who said that they would resolve the matter for me. Unfortunately, they delayed the process long enough that I could no longer contact eBay about the issue. The eBay help center won't allow any inquiries as the 60 days has passed and therefore the Item # cannot be located when trying to open an issue. Can anyone offer other suggestions on how to get my money back?
