I want to close a family members account who has passed

My sister has an account with ebay and paypal. She has currently passed, would like to close her accounts.

If you have her passwords, you can close the account, but eBay leaves it open for some time to allow for existing transactions to complete themselves.

If you do not have her passwords for eBay, you could try closing the bank accounts or credit cards attached to Paypal and eBay.
