How can I get restrictions lifted? I have paid for all purchases through Paypal?

Hi .. What kind of restriction. Do you mean unpaid strikes. Here is the appeal process..

May have to fax your receipt email from PayPal or the payment in your pp account.

Time to deal with an unpaid dispute is during the 4 days to pay , if possible. Ebay will close if provided receipt from PP.

Can use Customer Support , contact ebay and try a call but have details of payments on hand.
