I won item number 390826278832 and seller within three days open the case without any intimation. Moreover, item has been removed from listing so how can I make the payment. What is the solution

Seller can open Unpaid Item case only after 4 days, you need to pay in 4 days after that, or eBay will  record an unpaid item on your account. Go to Resolution Center on your personal ebay page and respond to case.

Four days is 96 hours, whatever the calendar may say.
