I would like to contact a seller that has an item I would like to purchase but it says they don't ship to Canada.  I think if I have a chance to speak to him he will change his mind and ship the item to me,  I am willing to pay much more money for his item then he is asking if he will ship it to me.  He lives very in Buffalo, NY and I live in Toronto, Canada just across Lake Ontario.  Can you please help me to be able to speak to this buyer, chas-the-man

Such sellers have made a decision to lose potential sales, but that's his decision.
