NO IT'S NOT as my two orders from two sellers were free shipping, BUT the tiny print says otherwise. The goods hadn't left
China yet and Ali Express/DHL had ALL of my info. and used it to get payment on 1st. shipment. The amount of the goods, plus
$2.00 shipping. I didn't know it was from China or I would have wondered right away. It's a long way away to contact the people
and PayPal number I was given doesn't work, which may be an accident, but I repeated it.
