Is there any way to contact or actually talk to a person in customer service?

I purchased a video game, but I received the wrong one in the mail. I contacted the seller who said she would send the correct one. I am now not getting any response. I had to have my credit card shut down since from fraudulent activity. Could be just a coincidence 😞

 When I check online it shows my purchase from now a different seller! 

 This is the first time I have ever used ebay.... any suggestions? Do you think I will be getting my game or have I been ripped off??

You really don't need a human being at this point.

For fastest service, go to the Resolution Centre up there under Help and Conact.

Open an Item Not As Described dispute.

You will be told to return the item to the seller WITH CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY.

Once Paypal can see that the item has been returned, they will refund you and go after the seller for their money. He will have other consequences.

Don't close the claim until you see a refund in your Paypal account.

My only concern is that you closed the card you purchased with. But worry about that later. Let's get your refund underway.
