Is there anyway to do combinded invoice for sales from .ca and .com?

Not sure if this has been answered before..so I apologize if it has.   I've been listing my newer items on .com  since the announcement but still have most on .ca.  I had a buyer buy multiple items yesterday 2 from .ca and 1 from .com and it won't let me send a combined invoice for all 3 through ebay.  Is sending a paypal invoice the only way to combine all 3 items other then sending 2 invoices ( 1 invoice from .ca and one from .com.  ).  Many Thanks

I faced this situation number of times already.

It is impossible to include all items in one invoice.

In cases like this I issue two invoices and US invoice I usually do with Zero shipping and apply combined shipping cost to Canadian invoice.

The invoice in US dollars has a note that ZERO shipping is because the item(s) will be shipped together with item(s) listed on Canadian invoice.

The Canadian invoice contains a message that the shipping cost is accommodates item(s) invoiced under US billing.

In the past, I did the same thing as block36. Will probably have to do that again when the US $ is no longer available here.
