Hi, it’s Ira, manager of shipping at eBay Canada. I wanted to give you a heads up on a problem you may be experiencing with eBay’s online shipping tool, specific to Canada Post’s International Air Small Packets service.
If you are attempting to print a Canada Post shipping label using the International Air Small Packets service, you will likely receive an error message like this one: “The shipment option you have chosen is invalid. Please verify the amount you have entered.”
