I go to my account settings.
Then under change name and address normally it would be under there to change a phone number.
Then I get directed to a page, then they send me a pin to a number that doesn't exist because I entered it in one digit off.
I have to enter in a pin to do a lot of things on my account. I can't change the number the pin gets sent to because I have to enter a pin from my non-existent number. Then I hit customer service, and the contact ebay part in the box margin then I get redirected to the same stupid pin page sent to my non-existent number. Does this mean I'll never get help?!
Is anyone else having this problem too...?
